The story of DADA Electric is one of continuous growth, innovation, and dedication to electrical safety. Our roots trace back to 1983 in Zhejiang province, where our predecessor began its journey in the electrical manufacturing industry, laying a solid foundation in craftsmanship and technical know-how.

A significant milestone was reached in 2004 with the official establishment of Shanghai DADA Electric Co., Ltd. This strategic move marked our commitment to scaling up production and expanding our reach into the global market. From the beginning, our focus has been clear: to become a leading manufacturer of high-quality circuit breakers and low-voltage electrical solutions.

Over the years, we have systematically grown our capabilities. We invested heavily in our production facilities, which now span over 52,400 square meters across three factories. A core part of our expansion has been the development and diversification of our circuit breaker portfolio. We pioneered our own series of Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCB), such as the DAM1 through DAM10 lines, and expanded into comprehensive ranges of Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB), Residual Current Circuit Breakers (RCCB/RCBO), and specialized DC circuit breakers for solar applications.

Technology and certification have always been drivers of our progress. Our dedicated R&D team, now over 30 engineers strong, has secured more than 60 national patents. We pursued and obtained major international certifications—including CE, CB, KEMA, and ASTA—for our breaker products, transforming DADA from a local manufacturer into a globally recognized and trusted export partner.

Today, with an annual output exceeding 3 million circuit breakers, our history fuels our future.
